• Coins purchased in Ludo2020 are non-refundable.
• They are virtual currency used only for gameplay battles.

2. Technical Issues

• If purchased coins are not credited, contact [email protected] within 7 days.
• We may restore missing coins after verifying the transaction.
• Monetary refunds are not provided.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

• If a purchase was made without your knowledge, please contact your app store provider (Google/Apple).

4. Finality of Transactions

• All transactions are final. Unused coins cannot be refunded or transferred.
